In this method bridge piers and the first segment of the bridge beam(also called hammerhead) are constructed in situ by a suitable formwork.Afterwards form travelers are assembled to each side of pier to pour segments from 3 to 5 meters.Our company can design ,fabricate and perform site management of form travelers to various types of segment sections.Form travelers and related formwork is fabricated in our company.The formwork can be used without dismantling for the whole bridge span.Our company can submit all necessary documentation an calculations to be accepted by the clients.
